Everlasting God, who didst raise up blessed Athanasius, thy Bishop and Doctor, to be an illustrious champion of the divinity of thy Son: mercifully grant that, rejoicing in his teaching and protection, we may continually grow in the knowledge and love of thee. Through the same our Lord.
