Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife.
Have I deliberately entertained impure thoughts or desires concerning the spouse of another?
Have I dwelt upon fantasies against purity and modesty?
Have I failed to guard my imagination and memory from impure images?
Have I exposed myself unnecessarily to occasions of such temptations?
Have I failed to avoid persons, places, or things that lead me to sins against the Sixth Commandment?
Create in me a clean heart, O God,
and renew a right spirit within me.
Cast me not away from Thy face,
and take not Thy Holy Spirit from me.
Restore unto me the joy of Thy salvation,
and strengthen me with a perfect spirit.
